The 3*** rating falls short. I was very pleasantly surprised; it's a 3-star hotel that could certainly be in the 4**** range. The facilities are very appropriate, the location is close to the basilica, the food is good and plentiful, and best of all, the staff are friendly, helpful, and kind.
